ANSUL Inert Gas System 300 (IGS-300)
300 Bar Gaseous Clean Agent Fire Suppression System
The ANSUL IGS-300’s engineering design leverages a 300-bar system with either 80L or 140L containers. This can significantly reduce the footprint when compared to 200-bar systems or systems limited to using 80L containers. The strategic combination of high-pressure technology and higher-capacity containers offers several key benefits, particularly in environments where space constraints are a concern. In addition to enhanced regulated flow technology, ANSUL IGS-300 uses clean agents INERGEN® or IG-55 to effectively help extinguish fires with reduced discharge turbulence, helping avoid the risk of damage to sensitive equipment or materials.

Improved pressure regulation performance allowing for lower pipe diameters and/or pipe schedule specification.
INERGEN and IG-55 are similar in composition to air – they do not support combustion, impact the ozone layer and have no global warming potential.
ANSUL IGS-300 offers optional acoustic nozzles with the use of INERGEN agent to help safeguard sensitive equipment from sound damage in the event of discharge.
Lower pipe scheduling, smaller pipe diameters, and reduced over-pressure vent size requirements helps drive reduced equipment and labor costs.
